❖ International Orders
(Please check with your local customs authority in advance to confirm whether the products can be imported.)
- Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
- All international orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post Air Parcel or EMS (Express Mail Service). Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by the destination country and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
- Due to high international shipping costs and complicated procedures, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of product defects. Please confirm your order carefully before placing it.
- Complete the order form and email it to [email protected]. (Our customer service team will review your order and reply with the confirmed total amount.)
- After receiving the order confirmation email, please complete the payment.
- Orders will be shipped within three (3) business days after payment is received. A shipping tracking number will be sent to your email once dispatched.
International buyers: Credit card online payment only. After order confirmation, our customer service team will provide a secure payment link via email.

- After receiving your completed order form, shipping fees will be calculated based on your selected shipping method (Air Parcel or EMS).
- Shipping fees are calculated with reference to Chunghwa Post Air Parcel and EMS international rates.
❖ Delivery Time
- Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and postal service.
- Actual transit time is subject to postal handling and customs clearance procedures.
