Return Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period starting from the date the product is delivered (including weekends and holidays).

The inspection period is not a trial period. Products are for inspection only and must not be opened or used.

Essential oils and plant oils are classified as personal hygiene and consumable products. Once opened or used, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

As essential oils are natural agricultural products, variations in aroma, color, or texture may occur due to climate and growing conditions. Such differences are normal and do not constitute defects.

Eligible for Return or Exchange
  • Requests made within the 7-day inspection period and the product is unused and unopened
  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Product defects or damage caused during delivery

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Requests made after the 7-day inspection period
  • Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of use
  • Returns due to personal preference or dissatisfaction
  • Damage, contamination, or odor caused by improper handling
  • Incomplete returns (missing packaging, accessories, gifts, or invoice)

Return Instructions
  • Returned items must be in original, complete condition, including product, packaging, accessories, gifts, and invoice
  • For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us
