Taiwan – Home Delivery
  • Free shipping on orders over NT$1,500.
  • Orders under NT$1,500: NT$100 shipping fee / NT$130 for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Taiwan – Convenience Store Pickup
  • Free shipping on orders over NT$1,500.
  • Orders under NT$1,500: NT$65 shipping fee.
International Shipping
  • Free domestic shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
  • Shipping costs vary by destination. Please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote.

Order Processing & Delivery
Domestic Orders (Taiwan):
Orders are shipped via courier or postal service and are delivered within Taiwan (main island only).
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during weekends and public holidays.
International Orders:
Unless otherwise requested, international orders are shipped via Air Mail (Chunghwa Post).
Delivery times depend on the destination and local postal services.

Delivery Notes
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT+8) on Thursdays or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery to remote areas or offshore islands may take additional time.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or major holidays, shipping may be delayed by 1–2 business days.
  • If any item is out of stock or has a quality issue, we will contact you before shipment.

Invoice Information (Taiwan Only)
A paper invoice will be included with all domestic orders.
If a business invoice is required, please provide your company name and tax ID in the order notes at checkout.
